3.1 Once the student has paid and enrolled for a course, subject or lesson, that money will not be transferred to another course, subject or lesson for any reason.

4.1. If you believe that exceptional circumstances warrant a refund, you may submit a formal request for consideration to OnlineCampus.lk. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a decision will be made at our sole discretion.
