A qualified Chartered Accountant, with extensive experience in the areas of Strategic Planning, Financial Control, System Development, Treasury Management, Project Coordination and Administration spanning 25 years. His experience includes stints as the Group CEO of a Group of Companies listed in the Colombo Stock Exchange, Group CFO of a Group of Companies engage in Manufacturing and Agriculture Industries, Finance Director/Group CFO of a Diversified Group of Companies, Finance Director as the Sri Lanka leading media group and as the Deputy Director Finance/Project Coordination of a large Property Development Company and its subsidiaries. He is a partner/director at SCB Corporate and Corporate Doctors (Pvt) Ltd.
He was the Treasurer of Sri Lanka Soft Ball Federation. He serves as a Governing Council Member at Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) of Sri Lanka since 2014 and has served as a Board Member of many of the organizations he has worked for. He is also a lecturer in Accounting.
