Mr. Roshan Jayantha is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. He counts for over 15 years of experience in Auditing, Finance, Business management and consultancy spheres. He is the Non-Executive Director of the SAVINDA ENTERPRICES (PVT) LTD since 2022. He is the CFO of the SERENDIB INSURANCE BROKERS since 2022. He is the Consultant of EXITO INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD since 2022. He was appointed as a shareholder of the ONLINE CAMPUS.LK in 2022 which is an educational platform for the professional education. He was the CEO of the CHROMA INKS PVT LTD during the 2021/2022. He was the partner of the PRIYOSH & COMPANY during 2019 to 2022. He served as the AGM –Operations in DYNAMIC AV TECHNOLOGIES (PVT) LTD for 10 years and handled key projects in the company. Before he joined to Dynamic AV, he was appointed as the Systems Control Manager in Stallion Plantations and provided the service for two years. He covered his practical experience in B.R. DE SILVA & COMPANY and worked as an Audit manager for 5 years. He has a specific knowledge and the experience in operations of the Estates and the hotel sector. He was appointed as the Managing Director of Innovate Trading Company in order to improve and penetrate the market by using his experience. He was a co – founder of the Innovate YR Holdings (PVT) Ltd which is a sub company of Innovate Trading. He was a guest lecturer in JMC, ICBT and many local universities in Accounts, auditing and motivational programs. He founded the Effortless English Club Sri Lanka, which is a motivational club for English learner.
